  1. Pick your session type

Mini sessions

These themed sessions take place on special dates. Unless specified, they take place at our family farm photo studio in Troutville, Virginia, and last 15 minutes.

Family sessions

Choose between the photo studio on our family farm in Troutville, Virginia, or a custom location. These untimed sessions are typically 60-90 minutes and are very casual. Expect lots of tickles, wandering, and snuggling.

Pricing varies upon location. Sessions taking place at the photo studio have a session fee of $250 and custom locations have a session fee of $375.

Fresh 48 sessions

Located at your birthing location, whether at home, the hospital, or birthing center. Expect a relaxed style session where we capture those new details for usually an hour. Book the last day of the month for your due date month! Reach out in labor or when baby arrives and we’ll plan your session time.

Newborn sessions

Choose between a photo studio session or at home. Expect a relaxed style session with a bit more emphasis on baby. Newborn sessions usually take anywhere from 1.5-2.5 hours based on baby. We take regular feeding and changing breaks and just go at their pace. Pick the last day of the month for your due date month! After your baby is born, we will schedule a day within the first two weeks after birth.

2. Pick your session date

These session dates are pretty firm…but if you’re in a pinch and don’t see a date and time available, feel free to reach out and we’ll see what we can come up with!

Remember, birth, fresh 48, and newborn clients book your due date month!

3. Pay your session fee

A session fee covers the time & talent of the photographer to prepare for the session, full access to the Client Closet, the session, and hand editing a beautiful online gallery. Upon receiving the online gallery, you will then purchase your favorite photographs. You will be able to choose from different digital file collections, framed prints, albums, and more. 4. Prepare for your session

All clients have access to the abundant Client Closet. For studio sessions, you are welcome to come in advance to pick out your items or just plan for your first 15 minutes upon arrival to be spent picking and changing. For non-studio sessions, look through the options located here and pick your favorites! I can bring them to your session or you are welcome to pick them up in advance to confirm fit.
