Studio Rental

Thanks so much for your interest in renting our little photo studio!

Studio Information:

  • Located on our family farm in Troutville, Virginia (8 min to Bonsack Walmart, 8 min to 81 exit)

  • Private parking, private indoor & outdoor areas

  • Outdoor area includes private creek access, wooded area, open field

  • Wifi, a/c, and heating.

  • No running water. A Dry Flush toilet is available. A berkey for drinking water and hand washing available.

  • Large, south facing windows (6’x16’) provide significant sunlight 30min after sunrise through sunset.

  • Includes king size bed, multiple stools and chairs, Vintage couch, chair options, kitchenette

  • Client closet is available for use for an additional $40

  • Private code keyless entry

Rental Requirements & Expectations:

  • As a family and newborn photographer, only available for rent for photographers utilizing the space for boudoir, branding, and couple photography.

  • Rental rate:
    $50 per hour

  • Required to sign a contract (terms of agreement, property condition, release of liability, etc)

  • Only one photographer allowed during rental time. If special circumstances, ie stylized shoot, custom fee can be discussed

  • Schedule enough time to include any set up and clean up. Studio to be returned to original state and any mess removed.
