Studio Rental

Thanks so much for your interest in renting our little photo studio!

Studio Information:

  • Located on our family farm in Troutville, Virginia (8 min to Bonsack Walmart, 8 min to 81 exit)

  • Address: 2279 Mountain pass Road

  • I recommend you tell your clients:

    “Pull into the driveway with the mail box. Go all the way to the back of the property past the home, the white shed, and the garage. Park in the back next to the field and the white studio will be on your left.”

  • We ask you don’t share the studio address with your clients more than a week before your rental.This helps avoid accidental misdates.

  • A/C, AND HEATING adjustable with white remote. It does take about an hour to fully warm when close to freezing outside. Additional heater in closet.

  • NO RUNNING WATER. A DRY FLUSH TOILET IS AVAILABLE. A BERKEY FOR DRINKING WATER AND HAND WASHING AVAILABLE.

  • The light does change depending on the time of day and time of year. Additional sheer curtains are available to clamp to curtain rod for softer light. Located on furthest right top drawer in kitchen.

  • trash can is basket located in bathroom

  • Please do not use client closet clothing or items unless previously agreed upon and additional rental rate paid.

  • you are welcome to move around furniture. Please put back in original location before leaving.

  • Please note that the studio does get rearranged regularly. Items remain but may be against different walls.

Rental Requirements & Expectations:

  • As a family and newborn photographer, only available for rent for photographers utilizing the space for boudoir, branding, and couple photography.

  • Rental rate:
    $50 per hour

  • Please sign contract here at least 48 hours before rental date

  • Please make sure payment is sent via venmo/paypal at least one week before date to reserve.

  • Only one photographer allowed during rental time. If special circumstances, ie stylized shoot, custom fee can be discussed

  • Schedule enough time to include any set up and clean up. Studio to be returned to original state and any mess removed.
